SHIPPING FAQS


- Where do we ship?

We ship worldwide! Shipping costs will apply according to your shipping address and will be added at checkout. Keep an eye out for exclusive deals and promotions.

- What are you shipping times?

Most of our products are shipped from our international warehouses, and delivery can take between 5-15 business days depending on your location. Please refer to our delivery times guide for more information.

- Here are our current delivery times:

North America: 5-10 business days

Mainland Europe & United Kingdom: 5-12 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 5-12 business days

Other countries: Typical delivery time frame is 5-15 business days.


- What is your shipping and handling process?

Our handling time usually takes about 1-2 business days, and then the orders are handed over to our shipping partners.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS FAQS


- How can I cancel my order?


If your product has not been scheduled for fulfilment, we can cancel the order with a 5% cancellation fee to cover transaction processing costs.

Please let us know as soon as possible as we fulfil orders within a few hours, and we will not be able to cancel your order after it has been fulfilled.

Once your order has been shipped, you must comply with our return policy to receive a refund. Please contact our customer service team who will be available to assist you.

- What if my item is damaged or defective?

We will issue you a brand new item or provide return instructions for the damaged or defective item within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs will be covered by us.


- Returns & Refunds

We have a 30 day return policy. The item must be unused and in the original packaging.
